IF you are not currently enrolled, you must apply to Howard College by completing the college application process and meet all general admission requirements. Students must be in good status with Howard College or transfer institutions (Academic and Disciplinary).

By completing this application, you will be considered for the Howard College San Angelo Health Professions RN and/or LVN Program. You will be contacted separately by the appropriate Howard College staff/faculty if further action is needed.

   From this point on, you will fill out all the required information for CastleBranch to complete your background check.
   
   
5. If applying to a nursing program review and understand the Information for Licensure Eligibility at the Texas Board of Nursing.

The following items will be needed to upload and attach to your online application:

1. Your TEAS test results (upload the score sheet that shows separate scores in each category of Reading, Math, Science, and English)
   
   
2. CLEAR LEGIBLE COPIES of your unofficial transcripts including any dual credit classes and HOWARD COLLEGE TRANSCRIPTS if applicable; include transcripts from ALL colleges you have attended. 
   
   
3. Proof of CNA
   • A valid CNA License (current and in good standing).
   • Proof of enrollment in the CNA Course**
   • **If you are applying with proof of enrollment, your full CNA license must be received before nursing classes begin the first week of August.**

If I am accepted as a student at Howard College, I will honor all administrative summons and conform to and abide by the letter and spirit of all the rules, regulations, and procedures of Howard College as given in the college catalog and student handbook. I hereby give the right to disclose to appropriate college officials my school records for use in planning my program.
