      MIG/MAG Welding  Product Image
      MIG/MAG Welding This introductory MIG/MAG welding course provides comprehensive training in the use of Metal Inert Gas (MIG) and Metal Active Gas (MAG) welding techniques. Participants learn to operate MIG/MAG welding equipment, select appropriate shielding gases, and learn welding techniques for various materials and thicknesses. The course covers safety procedures, joint preparation, welding positions, and quality control. There is no certification for completing this course. Next Class: 8/12-9/25 Tuesday/Thursday 6-9PM

      Stick WeldingAs an introductory stick (SMAW) welding course, this class is designed to equip participants with essential skills in operating welding equipment, selecting electrodes, and performing basic welding techniques. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on practice, students learn how to safely strike an arc, control arc length and electrode angle, and weld in various positions. Emphasis is placed on understanding welding principles, adhering to safety protocols, and achieving proper technique. There is no certification for completing this course.       BuildSafe: Carpentry and OSHA-10Scholarships Available! This foundational course introduces students to construction and industrial trades through the NCCER Core Curriculum in addition to advanced carpentry skills. Topics include safety, hand and power tools, construction math, and communication and employability skills. As part of the course, students will also complete the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification, which covers essential workplace safety practices and hazard recognition. Upon successful completion, students will receive both NCCER Core and OSHA 10 credentials, with specialization in carpentry—widely recognized in the construction industry. 8/5/25-12/11/25 T,W,TH 6-9PM
