    Entrepreneurship . This course is a study of the concepts and skills necessary for starting and operating a small business including planning, organizing, staffing, managing, financing, marketing and accounting functions. At the end of the course, the student will be able to identify strengths of small business; evaluate personal characteristics related to successful entrepreneurs; describe the essential management skills; and outline the steps necessary to start a small business, buying an established business, and acquire a franchise.
